Changes to Customer Services beginning August 24, 2009
In response to customers’ feedback, thirteen Medical Devices & Diagnostics (MD&D) Companies of Johnson & Johnson are implementing changes to make it easier to do business with us. Customer services will be changing on August 24, 2009 for the following companies.
